Register in your first trimester and a registered nurse case manager will work with you throughout your pregnancy by phone and/or email to provide you with information and resources for a healthy pregnancy.
StarPoint offers both Case Management and Disease Management programs. Case Management can be used during a medically challenging time, and a case manager will assist you in navigating the medical waters to ensure that appropriate and cost effective care is obtained. With Disease Manager, a nurse coach will provide guidance if you have asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic pain, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
Teladoc gives you 24/7/365 access to board certified doctors who can treat many of your medical issues by phone or video.
